At Katool Auto, we stand behind the quality of our garage equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you sort it out quickly.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for all eligible products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return and full refund, items must strictly meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition as received.
  • Returned in the original packaging with all included parts, manuals, and accessories.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly excluded from our standard return policy:

  • Customized configurations or special-order equipment packages.
  • Products that have been fully installed, used, modified, or damaged by the customer.
  • Any items sent back to our facility without prior written return authorization.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out directly to our customer support team. In most cases, the original item must be received back and inspected before a replacement item can be dispatched. Any price differences will be processed accordingly.

Return Process

Ready to initiate a return request? Please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support desk at support@katoolauto.com or give us a call at (740) 500-0015.
  2. Provide your exact order ID number and details regarding the reason for the return.
  3. Once reviewed and approved, we will supply formal return instructions alongside our authorized warehouse receiving address.
  4. Securely crate or package the item to prevent shipping damage and dispatch it back via the designated freight/shipping instructions provided.

*Note: Unless the return stems directly from a fulfillment error or verified product defect, buyers assume all return shipping costs. Original logistics charges are entirely non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Following safe physical arrival and warehouse inspection of your item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are routed directly back to your original payment mechanism within a standard processing window, subject to individual bank timeline rules.

Shipping Within the USA

Katool Auto currently sells, delivers, and processes returns strictly within the United States. Shipments dropped or forwarded without a pre-approved Return Authorization (RMA) will be rejected and returned to the origin sender at their expense.
