Orders are typically secured and prepared for freight dispatch inside a 1–3 business day window following successful payment verification. Carts clearing over weekend pauses or designated holidays process directly on the subsequent opening business day.

Estimated logistics windows sit between 8–19 business days depending heavily on local warehouse proximity, specialized freight arrangements, and carrier load timetables. Please note timelines can occasionally shift due to regional winter weather blocks, carrier holds, or holiday volumes.

All relevant weight fees or delivery tariffs are evaluated and displayed clearly during checkout states before final confirmation actions take place.

Address Accuracy

Buyers carry full accountability for address input accuracy. Katool Auto cannot mitigate rerouting delays or financial re-consignment penalties resulting from incorrect data.

Damaged Shipments

If freight packages present structural outer damage, document visual photo proof immediately and notify us within 48 hours of delivery arrival so our support desk can lodge claims.
